These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Westwarren Trading, a trading and supply company in the United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The content of this site is published for information. It is not an offer, an invitation to treat capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply or to purchase any goods.

A binding relationship arises only from a written offer issued by us and accepted, or from a signed sales contract. Where the terms of a contract differ from anything published here, the contract governs.

Grades, chemical analyses, physical properties, standards, HS codes, packaging formats and delivery terms shown on the division pages describe what we are generally able to source. They are indicative and are subject to confirmation at the time of offer.

Binding quality parameters, test methods, tolerances, quantities, quantity tolerances, packaging, marking, delivery terms and delivery windows are those set out in the offer and sales contract for the specific shipment, and nowhere else.

References to standards, test methods, UN numbers and customs classifications are provided for orientation. They are not a substitute for your own verification of the requirements applicable to your jurisdiction, your intended use, and the route of carriage.

Availability of any line depends on production, freight and regulatory conditions at the time of enquiry. The fact that a product is described on this site does not mean it can be supplied at a given moment, to a given destination, or on given terms.

We may decline any enquiry. In particular we decline enquiries that would require inaccurate description of goods, origin or end use, that involve counterparties, vessels or destinations which do not clear sanctions and restricted-party screening, or where a grade cannot be verified by an accepted test method before shipment.

Material published under Insights, and any general guidance on this site concerning specification, inspection, Incoterms, documentation, agronomy, dangerous goods or trade finance, is general commentary. It is not legal, regulatory, agronomic, engineering or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances.

Do not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your own position, your jurisdiction and the transaction in question.

Where the names of inspection companies, standards bodies, ports, standards or equipment categories appear on this site, they appear for identification and description only. Use of this website is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. The governing law and dispute-resolution provisions applicable to a sale of goods are those stated in the relevant sales contract, which may differ.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
